Terms of Service

General Terms• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
• Please note that while some of my works might depict unsavoury behaviours / actions / ideologies, it is NOT meant as a condonation or to be used to spread those behaviours / actions /ideologies.
• Do not claim my work as your own or remove my signature on the work.Copyright / Usage Policy• I, the artist, hold the copyright to any and all art that I've created.
• I do and will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
• You retain all rights to the IP.
• Commercial license does not come with the piece unless agreed upon beforehand.
• Works that have been cancelled mid-process might be used for future work instead, provided it does not conflict with IP rights (such as poses or as a base).• Do NOT, use any my works to train AI, for NFTs, or to spread hate/discrimination.
• Do NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (redistributing, PoD-services, prints, etc).
• Do NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
• You can upload and display the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, though please credit whenever possible.Process, Delivery and Revisions• Once a commission slot has been agreed upon, a paypal invoice will be created. This can be paid at any stage of the process, but the final piece will not be delivered until payment has been made.
• I will check in with sketch, lines and colour stages, revisions can be made in each stage accordingly.
• Large changes (ie, posing) should be done in the sketch phase.
• Small details can be requested on lining stage, but not large ones.
• Colouring details can be changed during the colour stage before final delivery.Payment• Commissions via Artistree and VGen will be handled on their respective platforms.
As such this section only applies if you approach me via other platforms.• Payment is in USD.
• Payment is usually handled through Paypal invoices.
• Payment plans can be discussed before hand.
• Do not send payment before a slot has been confirmed and invoice has been sent.Refund / Cancellation Policy• Refunds are only available before progress has been started.
• Partial refunds (50%) are available before final product has been sent.
• Chargebacks will result in being blocked.Adoptable Related Specifics• Designs can be resold, traded or gifted at the value that they were bought at. (Plus the value of any additional art added after.)
• Non species related adopts, by default, come with commercial rights to the design, but NOT the artwork they were sold with.
• Exceptions are that you should NOT make a species out of an adopt design.
• Credit the design whenever possible.Base Related Specifics• Bases purchased from me can be used for both personal uses and to sell adopts on.
• They can NOT be used to make a new closed species.
• They can NOT be resold as is.
• Do not remove credits in the base, it can be moved around, but not removed.
